Well, it’s official. I’ve finally succumbed to the photographer’s gear disease. After working plenty of on-call hours at work, I’ve squirrelled enough cash away to afford some upgrades to my photography gear:
As you can see, I’m a big believer in third-party lenses! Or more honestly I can’t quite see the value in spending £100’s more on Nikon’s own offerings when the Sigma and Tamron lenses I’ve used have been faultless so far. Maybe there’s some benefit, but I’m happy so far!
I’m hoping to get to a few more races than last year, although car troubles and more on-call for work mean I’ll be missing out on the 1st round of the BDS at Rheola this weekend. That’s the trouble with owning a 22-year old car and working for a multinational, I suppose :/
